Our standard shipping process includes a processing period of 1-2 days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 6-7 days for the product to reach you. Please note that these timelines are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
Replacement Policy
At KOI, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we offer a replacement within a 7-day window from the date of delivery. Please review our replacement policy before completing your purchase.
To request a replacement, contact our support team via email at koihomeappliances@gmail.com. Be sure to provide the following information:

Important Note: Products that are received without defects or damage will not be eligible for replacement.
Exclusions from Replacement
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

Incidental damages due to product malfunction

Order Cancellation
Changed your mind and need to cancel your order? No problem! Notify our support team as soon as possible before your order has been dispatched. You can reach us at koihomeappliances@gmail.com. We will process your cancellation and initiate a refund within 48 business hours.
Note: Cancellation requests can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
